Now is a great time for Texians to become active in the government of the Republic of Texas

Only Texians who have their “Affidavit of Facts as a Texian” form on file with the Secretary of State are eligible to voit or to become a candidate for elected office.

• Texian voters can retrieve the ballots on or before Tuesday, September 2, 2025.
• All Texian voters shall mail their completed ballot to the Secreatary of State Department, Attn: Secretary of State.  The ballots must be postmarked September 2, 2025 at the latest.  Any ballot postmarked after September 2, 2025 will be invalid.
• Additional information on the elections is included with the ballot.
• Ballots from the same household may be in a single envelope, but all others must bin a separate envelope.
